We offer FREE Express Shipping for Australian orders over $99. Free shipping will automatically be applied at the checkout. 

For all other orders within Australia, we use Express Post for a flat rate of $8.00

For Metro Areas it is estimated your delivery will arrive within 1-2 Business Days after dispatch. 

For Regional Areas it is estimated your delivery will arrive within 2-4 Business Days after dispatch. 

For International Shipping please allow 7 Business Days after dispatch. 

Note: The above delivery times are an estimate only and are dependent on Australia Post’s delivery schedule. 

Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email.

Please note your item can not be shipped on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday.

CHACHI is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carrier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required.
